Today in the spotlight is Nature’s Harvest – a Green Whole Food beverage mix that contains some of the Earth’s most nutrient-dense and healthful plants, fruits and herbs.
You may be wondering why we’re featuring a ‘protein shake’ on a ‘supplement’ spotlight? While Nature’s Harvest can be used in your shakes, it is actually a nutritional supplement. Nature’s Harvest has a NPN (Natural Product Number) which means it has been reviewed by the government and is considered a Natural Health Product and not a food as most other shakes are. That means nutrition wise, it packs a much greater punch!!!
Here is just a taste of what’s all included in this product: - Vegetable Protein (Pea, Adzuki Bean, Black Bean, Garbanzo Bean & Rice Protein) - Green & Whole Food Blend (Amaranth, Spirulina, Quinoa, Chia, Chlorella, Alfalfa, Beet, etc.) - Natural Sweeteners (Fructose, Steviol Glycosides, Brown Rice Syrup) - Fibre Blend (Fructooligosaccharides, Soluble Dietary Veg Fibre, Pea Fibre, Bamboo Fibre) - Essential Fatty Acid Blend (Flax Seed, Borage Oil) - Antioxidant Fruit Blend (Mangosteen, Goji, Cranberry, Grape, etc.) - Herbal Blend (Matcha, Lemongrass, Chicory) - Enzyme Blend (Papaya, Proteolytic Enzyme, Bromelain) - Vitamins & Minerals
One serving contains 110 calories and 13g of protein. I have been using this product in my shakes for a few months now and have fallen in LOVE!!! The taste is smooth and creamy with no aftertaste that many shakes have. The flavour is very neutral and tastes great on its own or combine with spinach and berries for a great tasting smoothie.
Nature’s Harvest is suitable for vegetarians and is dairy and lactose free! Given the nutrient density of this product, the cost per serving is very reasonable. I’ve loved this product so much we are now keeping stock on hand at Revyve True Wellness. Message us for more information or ask about it during your next analysis!
